I focus on metabolism in my diet prescription. I don’t believe in serving wrong fuel to the engine but serving no fuel to the engine is more dangerous and hence the diet prescribed by me includes lot more calculations, blood group of the client and basic metabolic rate of the client. I pay attention to basic requirement for that particular age group keeping in mind medical ailments if any. I provide; jain, vegetarian and non-vegetarian diet. We provide for:-
