Services Provided

Weight loss

We have a program which includes all these forms of exercises YOS aerobics, pilates, stepper exercises, functional training, swiss ball and resistance band exercises. Also mild weights are introduced in advanced level of exercises.

Toning Body

We provide services like aqua workout, pilates, ai chi and resistance band exercises for toning your body and making it stronger at the same time.

Pre-natal care

We provide this service if you have a prescription from your gynecologist for pre-natal exercises or pregnancy yoga or pregnancy exercises. Generally, pre-natal exercises should begin at 2nd trimester or 4th month depending on health condition of the lady.

Pre-natal care helps getting easy healthy normal delivery of baby by the end of the 3rd trimester. Program goes for 6 months. We teach different breathing patterns which will help you throughout the pregnancy to avoid getting fatigue. We understand hormonal changes that women go through during pregnancy and hence we take care of her swelling, headache, back pain, flexibility, strength, endurance, nausea, etc. From 5th month of pregnancy, we teach Brain gym exercises to mother which can benefit brain functioning of baby. In 8th month of pregnancy, we conduct therapy session for husband and wife for the benefit of child. We also conduct a seminar at the beginning of the 8th month; where we make woman understand her body, what should she do during labor and immediate after labor how her body is going to react. We even cover up preventions and precautions to be taken during pregnancy. This way, we help mother to have a healthy pregnancy and an easy childbirth.

Post-natal care

This session starts post 1 month of normal delivery or post 3 months of Caesarian delivery. If mother is okay then generally these sessions are conducted with baby, where mom and baby can have a strong bond as well as mom can exercise at the same time and baby is not left out. Here, we help women to shed off extra gained weight due to pregnancy and be stronger than earlier as her body is now going to demand more strength and endurance.
