We have special services for senior citizens. We focus on their lung and heart capacity, their bone density and muscle strength. In geriatric services; we provide chair aerobics, brain gym exercises and resistance band exercises. There are group sessions as well for them which makes them socially interactive, thus preventing depression disorders.
