Dr. Prachi Shah Arora is a leading physiotherapist with 15+ years of experience, treating everyone from Olympians and international athletes to Bollywood celebrities. Specializing in complex diagnoses and personalized rehab, she has represented India at major global sporting events like the Commonwealth Youth Games, BRICS Games, and World Aquatic Championships.

Since 2013, she has worked with the Swimming Federation of India and top institutions including K11 School of Fitness Sciences, Asian Heart Hospital, and Cooper Hospital, while lecturing at medical and physiotherapy institutes nationwide. She is also the inventor of patented Aqua Dumbbells, pioneering aquatic rehab programs now widely used in therapy.
